Which makes the graph sort of misleading. Nationalising or abolishing shell wouldn’t solve the problem. It might help, but we need wayy wayyy wayyyy more than that.

The egregious part of this is they have loads of money in their reserves, ask for donations every year in a misleading way like they’re on the brink of bankruptcy. And now they won’t even recognise their workers union.

Yeah exactly. The dev had been talking for a while about how lemmy wasn’t good for their mental health and they weren’t enjoying it. Even a year ago they made a post saying they quit.
