Earlier this year, Andrew, who works for an Australian company that sells AI products to businesses,
Funny how every time this happens its someone trying to sell AI. The coincidence is a bit too much to take this seriously as oops I just wanted to book a gym class

When is Anubis useful (eg vs CloudFlare)? The GitHub page doesn’t say much-
In most cases, you should not need this and can probably get by using Cloudflare to protect a given origin. However, for circumstances where you can’t or won’t use Cloudflare, Anubis is there for you.

Blackmailers more likely

So… take your time?

Definitely

If eBay, Amazon and Facebook are all cesspits, where can you buy stuff online in a decent way? Search small shops individually?

There’s other camera apps which remove the awful filters that automatically get applied and give more manual control, for example open camera or camera on fdroid
Sure, you could also simply stand around looking at things saying “hmmmm…”. After all every observation is unique, so you could accept all the differences and just observe it as it is, say “hmmmm” and then move on to the next unique and special observation. Trying to identify commonality and give it names just throws away most of the information in each unique and special experience

That’s an interesting idea

Yep offline backups are useful, although it does require remembering & making the effort to do it each time

Certainly sounds relevant, although overall it is quite a different approach than in currently using

For doing snapshots did that means the local system identifies the changes? Or it all gets copied each time?

Yes that seems like one way to go. Although I am using rsync so maybe keeping the files in place and changing owner could be an option

That’s some good suggestions and a few things I hadn’t considered. A VPN is also possible, although setting up the port forwarding might be a bit more complicated
I get what you’re saying in general, but I’m not sure why Bush Sr gets put in the same category. Sure there was a recession and scandal or two, but these were pretty minor overall, and it was followed soon after by one of the most successful economic periods in US history, it’s hard to argue his presidency was a disaster, and in the same context as Bush Jr and Trump
