Well, it is. You can use it however you want. Just completely ignore whatever license they try to slap on it, because they cannot enforce that license at all. If they try to sue you, any copyright lawyer would laugh at them.

Where do you get that? The only thing it requires is that you include the license. It doesn’t even say you need to include the software, as there’s no restrictions on the way you publish it or if you don’t. You could put up a blank page with the name and the license attached. You could take it in-house and inscribe it on tablets that are hidden in the second subbasement, behind the leopard, as long as you attach the license that says anyone can do whatever they like with it.
Attribution is “I got it from this guy who wrote it” but you don’t need to do that either.

As a POC for experimentation I don’t think it’s bad. Like I wonder about the cost cuts this would help us with. I did this once with wappalyzer built in Rust with Python bindings but the plan was to throw it away and have a real dev do it properly later. So these people spent 400 usd on tokens, saved 500k, but stopped there and called it a win. I can foresee this blowing up in many ways and I don’t see the open sourse community stepping in to maintain slop.
