This is a full-time role as a Founding Engineer, located onsite in New York, NY.  As a Founding Engineer at Hadrius, you will own the software protecting our financial markets. From leading AI development efforts automating workflows for billions in AUM to building the pipelines streaming millions of data points, or iterating the interface used by employees at some of the biggest firms in the world. The work can change day to day and week to week, but will always involve hard technical challenges from frontend to AI to data. You will work directly with the founding team to design and build the future of the financial system from the ground floor of a hyper growth startup. As we grow, there are plenty of opportunities for leadership and we pride ourselves on having a hands off culture by having very few meetings while giving engineers a broad scope of responsibility. Work alongside an elite team of engineers from Google, Chime, Microsoft, Zynga, Ivy league universities, and founders with previous exits. You'll be on a team that works incredibly hard and seeks other exceptional people excited to do the same. Responsibilities First week:  Day 1: push your first PR to production Understand the core problems Hadrius solves, our ICP, our value proposition, the Hadrius platform, pricing structure, and roadmap Learn the Hadrius way: how we work and build for hyper growth Get up to speed on the codebase Contribute to product discussions in weekly all hands First month:  Implement a big feature that directly leads to new revenue for the business Standing out on the team in sheer contribution Build for more new revenue streams, respond to existing customer feedback and requests, becoming a master of your domain. First 3 months & beyond:  Continuing to develop the above skillset, paying special attention to scaling challenges and stability as we bring on more and more clients. Mentoring new team members and supporting them towards a successful trajectory. About You Exceptionally skilled: You are highly competent as an engineer, coming from 1,000s of hours of practice.
