InspectMind AI is automating building inspections by harnessing the power of the latest in Multimodal AI. We are automating critical workflow of inspections in large physical industries like real estate and construction by unlocking the potential of LLM to tackle real-world challenges, improving productivity by 100x, and creating products that have never been possible before. We are seeking our 5th engineer to work alongside a team from Google, Airbnb, Berkeley, CMU and former YC company CTO (0-$20M ARR), bringing decades of experience in building software and successful companies. We are also an AI Grant company. We are currently working on a technical challenge: AI-enabled self-serve. Today we onboard customers through some manual coding today, it takes from a few hours to weeks depending on the report complexity, we need to automate it. Our solution is AI-enabled self-serve, it requires unstructured data → structured data with close to 100% accuracy, building a playground UI for users to refine their template, customized app UI rendering, and AI continuously improves through real human feedback from users. This e2e automation requires strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of our customers' workflows. We need someone eager to take on this challenge. You will have the exciting opportunity to: Design and implement AI-enabled self-serve features Be an engineer + PM + designer in one role Design and write code end-to-end, from frontend, backend, to LLM pipeline, making a significant and immediate impact on our product and company growth Find and utilize state-of-the-art AI tools to improve our development process and speed to the extreme Must-have qualifications: 3+ years of experience shipping high-quality production code Full-stack engineer, generalist with both frontend and backend experience Ability to ship quickly with frequent customer deadlines, thriving in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic Strong product ownership and exceptional coding skills Passion for speaking directly with users and providing customer support Preferred qualifications: Proficiency in our tech stack: React Native, Node.js, AWS Experience in building LLM applications and ML If you’re ready to be a part of a hyper-focused, fast-paced, and talented team, and work on the latest AI technology, we'd love to hear from you!
