I upvoted this because it is happening whether it is managed or not, and we NEED TO UNDERSTAND this, same as we need to understand people falsely-convicted of shoplifting get permabanned from chains-of-stores for crimes they didn’t commit.

Unless due-process is a constitutionally-guaranteed-right, in both criminal, civil, AND commercial/retail contexts, then we’re manufacturing/enforcing dystopia, at doubletime pace.
