Inspired by a Neopaliton pizza restaurant in Florida that no longer exists. The egg was nice and runny.

They have a few different pizzas with an egg in the middle like that, for one of them they build a little containment wall of chorizo to crack the egg into, it’s 🤌🤌🤌
