This push for digital-ID isn’t a nebulous thing… It’s being pushed by individual politicians that need to be removed.
And if James Talarico doesn’t manage become the first Democrat to win a US senate seat in Texas since 1988, then that will be Senator Ken Paxton getting to smear his particular brand of shit on the rest of the country, too.

IMO all this draconian legislation is a blessing in disguise. Americans are waking up and smelling the autocracy that until now has been hiding in plain sight.
Lucky for us fascists are not smart, cuz if they were they’d wait until 2029 after they’ve upgraded Executive Orders to Presidential Edicts to pull this crap.
