We are looking for someone who lives and loves moving things from point A to point B. How we work: Remote: We are a fully remote company with team members from over 5 countries. Culture: We never count hours and measure team members by performance and communication only. You love moving things Requirements: 2+ years of experience working as an operation specialist, logistics coordinator or customer success manager. Excellent English skills - both written and oral. Experience working with online tools like Google Sheets, CRM (Monday/Hubspot), Notion etc Experience working with the US market. You can work from anywhere in the world, as long as you are available during US Eastern time zone hours. Experience working with freight and carriers - a great plus Your responsibilities: Track and monitor production and shipments of orders to ensure 99% on-time delivery.  Solve logistics and operational problems quickly and efficiently, internally and externally. Maintain close communication with DHL, FedEx, and other courier to actively track shipments. Communicate clearly and promptly with our customers and partners regarding open tickets and issues, providing coherent solutions Collaborate internally with our ops, sales and product team in order to automate and simplify our operations.
