apparently the guy writing it is also not really well knowledged according the the hackernews comments.

what i’ve also learned from the hb commenrs is that the paper referenced (btw not to be found in thr twitter post) is not peer reviewed, it’s just published on zonedo by a person who is apparently suspicious anyway in terms of quality of content.
