Germany has long attracted skilled workers to its labor market. The country has been much less successful at retaining them. So what is Germany doing wrong?

    They leave because they can’t be bothered to learn German and then they complain about lack of employment or lack of better options.

    I’m from the Balkans and i know plenty of people from my country that have been here longer and can still barely communicate, but they sure can complain.
