    The title fails to mention that his fetish was extreme sadism and that he operated on patients with not enough/no anesthesia.

    This is soooo much worse.

      Right? Like, Christ on a stick, this guy was watching and getting hard to literal, actual, bona fide, god damn torture. And he has this record of suspiciously long surgeries with patients coming out of it in lifelong pain, and at least one of them dying of complications.

      Holy fuck. This guy is an actual monster.
