It’s absolutely insane to me that either

1. People don’t get admin credentials with their system
2. Their system runs exclusively through a third party cloud.

I understand that people do this, but I just can’t understand how people get so disinterested in their significant financial outlay (which could also easily burn their house down if installed incorrectly) they outsource the whole management thereof.
