    The usage numbers i am seeing are: According to the Copper Development Association, copper and copper alloy products were used in building construction, 42%; electrical and electronic products, 23%; transportation equipment, 18%; consumer and general products, 10%; and industrial machinery and equipment, 7%.

    Plus the ai build out is causing an enormous draw on all things electric. If you have to build a power plant for every data center, then thats a lot of copper.
