Not with our current technology I think. All the hype of ‘AI safety’ has been used as an advertisement for LLM companies, and they’ve been doing it AAAAALLL the way way back before Elon Musk even owned twitter and was hated.
“Oh no, we better be careful or AI’s going to destroy the human race” literally at the same time that they’re pumping AI companies full of money. It’s all a scam to sell LLMs as more capable than they actually are, to crush smaller LLM competitors with regulation, and to force Governments to fund them like they’re the next atomic bomb. And it’s working on the majority of laymen.
