That is a hot fucking mess, and has some very dubious conclusions from wildly scattered sources.
I’m not saying the author is full of shit.
I am saying that his garden has to be well fertilized.
The author isn’t wrong, but they have something of a panicked writing style. They are mostly copying Malcom Kendricks book “the clot thickens” - it’s a very easy to read book with a much more cogent style.
The basics: LDL is not a disease, it is not the cause of heart disease.
I think statins are a blight on medicine, but this quack isn’t the guy that should convince you of it. Anti-vax conspiracist.
