      I don’t believe those have been used to arrest someone…yet

      But, if that ever does happen, it would be cool for all of that illegally obtained evidence to be thrown out due to 4th amendment violations too

    This must be the luckiest woman alive. 91 pounds of meth would be life in prison, and she dodged it because she happened to get the first judge to ever go “nah fuck that!”
