I’ve just heard about these guys yesterday. Photocraft just works on Linux without hassle.

Can’t wait for them to make a replacement for Autodesk’s software like Inventor. Right now I have to run a pirated version of it in a virtual machine which isn’t ideal.

The Autodesk Inventor also installs with a fuckton of unwanted boatware and there are dozens of simple interface and quality of life tweaks that it obviously needs that Autodesk never bothered doing despite releasing a “new” version of it every year. The open source community will fix that in a few months.

Fantastic news. Please, we need more these Tech companies’ products replicated so the selfish companies are rendered bankrupt.
