Talk about missing the forest for the trees.

Dude recognizes that their LLM policy is severely limiting their pool of candidates, simply from the cost that candidates have to pay to use them during interviews, and somehow COMPLETELY misses the fact that their entire business is built upon this same premise. This company is NOT going to come out well when the enterprise LLM provides start normalizing their prices. They’ve baked a massive liability right into their business model.
