Some debris from ʻOumuamuas earlier passing by in 2017? 😬

Jonathan McDowell paired it to an Arian rocket tandem stage adaptor ring, - if my memory serves. I recall it was a euro rocket. Scott Manley mentioned it on YT in his last launches update. Jonathan is on Twitter IIRC (I am not), and is the goto source for sleuthing down near Earth objects.
