Distro (YC S24) is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founder and CEO on a variety of ongoing and ad-hoc business-critical tasks and projects as we scale the business post-batch and post-Seed. Key candidate criteria:\ \ 1. Prior startup experience in a Chief of Staff or Operations role. At least 3+ years of full-time post-college professional experience. “Get it done” ownership mentality. Proactively looks for ways to move the business forward. Willingness to work in-person at our Palo Alto headquarters.
