This role is ideal for a full-stack engineer with an interest in UX and product design. You'll work directly with our CTO and help us craft educational experiences that are engaging and delightful. You’ll independently ship 100s of experiments that improve user acquisition, retention and revenue growth. Requirements You've built full-stack web applications as part of a team before. Strong ability to learn on your own. You will receive some mentorship and guidance from our CTO, but you should expect to learn mostly on your own. Discipline and patience to write clean code and use best practices. We are unlike most startups and write code to last. This allows us to move faster in the long-term. High attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Prior experience with Ruby/Rails, Ember is a plus. Prior experience with A/B testing (using PostHog or similar tools) is a plus.
