Elmo doesn’t give a shit about Tesla. He’s basically like a landlord and it’s just his paycheck as he makes arbitrary decisions once in a blue moon. It’s not like all this defunding and “efficiency” is going back to the people in anyway. It’s going into the pockets of him and others like him. If anything, the man just got a raise.
