Ignoring the fact that living rooms and conference rooms are different rooms for a reason, how is this at all desirable? My biggest concern is all the people who do not live in our city Don’t worry I’ll be fine because I don’t have to rent out my living room and can see the stars. This article feels like someone trying to make New Urbanists look bad.
