I’m not going to sit and wait all day for someone to open the stupid thing up. Additionally, making me interact with someone to get said item is going to be a hard pass from me.

Even a simple “help me out” button (that alerts someone) would be better than the status quo. It can be a bitch to hunt someone down and they’re probably overworked and helping other people as well. If I really want something at that moment I’ll consider it but usually it’s just like “fuck it I’ll find it elsewhere”
