    Ok, sad to see you are not loyal to the company

    Three tips regarding loyalty:

    1. Nobody who appeals to your loyalty deserves it.
    2. Loyalty should be towards other human beings, never towards abstract entities.
    3. If you need to question if someone deserves your loyalty, the answer is probably “no”.

    And yes, don’t work for free. That’s a given though.
