Having used/fought/loved and cursed the products for years, I am quite familiar with how amazingly complex and wonky these things are.

And they just rammed the AI on in a fundamental level. And did it after loosing a lot of talent. And being effectively a Russian company, had to deal with that earthquake, moving and losing people.
