This hits home. I bought a Honda odyssey minivan as my first new car when I had to haul my kids and in-laws around town.

It’s just absolutely amazing. The lower ride height makes it easy to get in and out of. The van style sliding doors make letting people and stuff in and out easy. Fold down seats let me configure the cargo capacity to what I need to move.

It’s not any worse on gas than the sedan I replaced and moves more people at a time.

It’s comfortable to drive. It’s the most utilitarian vehicle I have had. It’s like an edc version of a car.
