An edit of Edward Hopper’s “Nighthawks” that was originally a request from FlyingSquid. The idea got mothballed, signed in triplicate, sent in, sent back, queried, lost, found, subjected to public inquiry, lost again, and finally buried in soft peat for three months and recycled as firelighters. Then I went rummaging through some old notes, rediscovered it, and got going.
Please don’t. I can’t reach my towel to cover my ears.
That’s… a good excuse actually. A being without access to their towel is really no being at all, really.
