    If HR is auto rejecting applications across the entire team, that’s the fault of their mgmt. Good excuse to cycle out your whole HR for cheaper and less experienced employees.

    Simple mistake to make, especially for non-technical people, but the thing here is that they didn’t try to figure out what was happening as they continually failed.

      I think that was the main issue. They didn’t thought of even checking why it was failing, and review the failed CVs.
