    Kinda sounds like a big deal but the people don’t seem to care and just ask technical questions. Even the person responding seem to be super level-headed considering the situation. Kinda eerie to see.

      it’s a big but not really the good place to talk about it. It’s months later, they can’t say more without putting at risk the dev if they add something more personal.

      And they can’t do anything more than that… sharing what happened and how they reacted and adapted to this situation. .

        Also even if it’s the Ukraine war that doesn’t mean it’s on the Ukrainian side. Could be conscripted onto Russian side.

        Its very dangerous in Russia for young people - only certain opinions are allowed. Better to avoid the topic all together than get into debates with people who won’t understand the nature of living in an authoritarian regime. And in fairness it’s probably not much freer on the Ukrainian side either - such is the nature of war even in a democracy.
