With the rise of LLM systems (or “AI” as they are annoying called), the term “vibe coding” is all the rage recently. So I wondered, how does vibe coding work with BASIC?

    “Vibe coding”…

    Just like with other things in life, as a older man, I refrain from saying “Today’s music is shit” or “Kids these days!” because I’m keenly aware that this is not my world anymore, my world is stuck in the past and whatever set of values and knowledge I grew up with belong squarely to that past.

    But seriously. Vibe coding?
    This world is seriously fucked up…

    Anyway, if you vibe-code, don’t come to me to fix it: you can vibe-debug it yourself.
