Their “developer terminal” has a 7940HS, 96GB of RAM (presumably 2x48 SODIMMs) and 1TB of NVMe M.2 storage for $2k. You have to really want the Apple II form factor and a numpad-left keyboard for that to make any sense: otherwise, you could get a laptop with those specs for the same money and have a display, battery, and trackpad built in.
