4.8% of recent college graduates can’t find jobs in 2025, according to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
My understanding is that the unemployment rate only includes people who have recently been laid off and are receiving unemployment benefits, and so that naturally wouldn’t include recent graduates who haven’t yet been offered a job. Am I wrong?
