I’ve always been a huge fan of this blog.
The Episode was a great read, I ended up buying their book.
So many great lines packed into a single post. Another one for the RSS reader, for sure.
If not for your comment, I’d have probably scrolled past this post after just agreeing with the headline. Instead, I have decided it’s worthwhile to spend the time to read the thing.
I’m telling you this because personally, I enjoy when I, a random person on the internet, says something that changes the course of someone’s life, if only by a tiny amount. It’s got a similar affective impact to pressing a button on a satisfying mechanism — like, input in, result out.
In this case, the input is your care about this blog, and the output is me caring enough to give it a read.

It’s crazy how long it’s been, but I remember in high school staying up late at night reading “The Episode” like a short story before bed.
Glad to see the author is still posting, hope you like the writing style.
The headline also had me skeptical, but when I recognized the author, I had a good feeling I’d enjoy the take. It was a unique perspective and the same writing style I enjoy.
