    pencil pushers down in Temporal Affairs better chalk this up as part of the Prime Timeline

    I mean they didn’t show up to stop her so it IS how it was always supposed to be. In the timeline where she didn’t choose to change history they had to go back and nudge her to choose otherwise.

      In my head canon, stopping Janeway’s time travel is a goose chase that newbies at the temporal authority get assigned.

      The newbie fails, the veterans have a good laugh, they make the newbie clean up anything they changed, and then everyone goes out for drinks.
