    NICE! I’m too white trash to ever buy a home governed by an HOA, but this is great news for the majority of CA homeowners.

    Question I didn’t see addressed: If I violate the HOA, do I pay a one-time $100 fee? So, for $1,000 I can defy 10 of their rules indefinitely? Or can they come at me monthly or yearly?
