This feels a bit like an orphan crushing machine.
None of this would be happening if the government just funded Public Access properly. They shouldn’t have to resort to selling stuff just to remain on the air.
And then what? This kind of feels like when a hedge fund takes over and sells all the assets. What do they do when all the paintings are gone? Mr. Rogers’ sweaters? How about recurring revenue model? They have these fancy displays for things like van Gogh. A bunch of original works gathered together with a surreal video screen deployment. They could do something like that.
