Eh the first 3/4 of this is just making a point that oligarchies are bad without adding anything interesting.
Then the last 1/4 is about listing companies that found ways to go around law enforcement and got rich while doing it. I wouldn’t even say loopholes, since many if not all examples show how doing the same thing would put me into trouble while big companies get a tap on the back.
