minus-squarebeerclue@lemmy.worldOPlinkfedilinkarrow-up1·5 days agoI deglazed the pan where I pan-fried the chops with some cheap dry white wine, added and mashed some of the fried garlic, some butter, a bit of flour to thicken it up, a bit of lime juice for some tang, salt, pepper… Worked nicely with the meat.
