If the billionaires should be threatened into caring for everybody else, then the more likely outcome will be that the next 8 will make sure that they cannot be punished.
On the other hand, if the people have the power to kill any billionaire, why don’t they have the power to arrange the economy to the better on their own?
Because the system would continue unchanged.
So justice is impossible because punishment doesn’t change the system?
It’s not about justice, it’s about changing the system. And current justice does not accomplish that end.

Nothing is ever fool proof, but beheading kings dramatically reduced the number of kings.

And the Aristocracy was replaced with the Bourgeoisie. Was that better?
In every transition to power there is the chance of tyranny. That’s why elections have to be so regimented in a democracy.
You argue for killing the top Bourgeoisie like kings, as if regimentation was not enough.
