Cool. I just bought an old gps from good.will with absolutely no ads on that bad boy. No tracking either.
Good luck searching for nearby cafes on it, which is the kind of use case this is talking about.
Surely the more places you spam ads the less effective they become overall. Also, there’s a finite amount of advertising revenue out there. Are you telling me that companies have piles of cash lying around that they can’t spend on advertising yet because they’re aren’t enough places to put those adverts?
