About the Role We’re hiring a Senior Business Operations to help shape Artie’s next chapter of growth. This is one of the most high-leverage roles at the company - you’ll sit at the intersection of product, GTM, and operations, and work directly with the founders on the questions that matter most. As an early member of BizOps, you won’t just analyze problems. You’ll own them end-to-end. You’ll spot opportunities before others see them, turn signal from data into direction, and build the systems and processes that enable Artie to scale with speed and precision. What you’ll do Define and drive high-impact strategic initiatives across product, GTM, and operations that directly influence how we scale Design and operationalize systems, workflows, and tools that enable teams to move faster, align more easily, and make decisions with confidence Turn insight into action by digging into product usage, customer behavior, and business performance to make recommendations that drive real outcomes Act as connective tissue across teams, ensuring strategy → execution → iteration happens quickly and collaboratively — with a bias toward velocity and excellence What we’re looking for Must-haves 3+ years of experience in operational roles, preferably at a high-growth startup. Demonstrated track record of owning and delivering cross-functional projects with measurable business impact. Structured problem-solver who can break down ambiguous problems, form a point of view, and drive clarity. Curious, able to think in first principles, and quick to learn new skills. Clear and concise communicator; able to synthesize complexity and influence stakeholders across teams. Bias for action - you move quickly, iterate, and ship. Hands-on, low-ego, and willing to roll up sleeves to get things done in a fast-moving environment. Excited to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and GTM teams. Located in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area - fully in-person, 5 days/week in our SF office. Relocation support available.
