They do, naturally there’s a lot of sketchy websites blocked that way.
I think the reason behind this is to get legit websites to comply with UK law rather than just block them by default. If they don’t want to comply then they will end up on the block list of course.
They don’t have the capability to deploy ISP-wide blocking in UK? Why is the charge of compliance put on some foreign company ?
