This is getting ridiculous. The disconnect between any kind of materially measurable talent, skill or effort and accrued wealth is just veering well off into being measured in astronomical units at this point. They have “money” because they already had “money” to leverage into making more “money”. Except all this “wealth” is backed not by material goods, property or even services, but ephemeral convictions (some might call it faith) of the markets.
All this so-called wealth ultimately - whether directly or via institutional investors - derive from little people. You know, the ones with real jobs making products or providing services.
