The meme was originally from a webcomic called Oglaf, It’s very NSFW and the site for the webcomic is mostly impossible for search engines to index. It’s also not easy to navigate as a human either so most have forgotten about it.

I took the cocaine and within minutes saw the ghosts leaving my stomach. They spent hours flying around me, tormenting me and it scared the shit out of me. Stomach did feel better tho, 5 stars, would visit doctor again
