i personally think it is a big deal that (after 90 years) cannabis activism and a general rebellion of use and acceptance changed drug policy where and when it matters most.

    there’s really no need for the return in the title.

    is the point just to trigger programmers into interacting with the post, do you not know that much code, do you just not care, or what?

      I mean, there’s no context… I figured this was inside of a function, and we’re breaking out of it early

      Which means my complaint is why are we incrementing globalOutcomes? Use a global or use a return statement, don’t mix and match!
