What he meant was simpler and more powerful: start doing the job before you have the title. Take on more responsibility before you’re officially given it.
Take on more workload before getting paid for it in the hopes that you’ll be rewarded for it financially.
Lmfao, this is why people jump companies to much. Recognizing your employees have talent and paying them to do more is how you keep people. Not forcing them to beg.
