That was the original sin: People got clever and discovered technology, and now we have to work blue-collar jobs.
When labour is punishment you know the job/working system is fucked.
In Hades, Sisyphus basically mirrors that sentiment. He’s content with the predictability of his lot, and isn’t really interested in breaking out of it.
