I can’t doomscroll because my eyesights gone to hell and honestly, I never got into TikTok, Instagram or even fb.
I prefer the usenet style of interaction online… so I use the old.lemmy layout. Lotsa words, as the pictures they can paint are better…
When I’m not online, I’m working or taking photos with an actual camera (not my phone) and chilling listening to my music library… (of ripped vinyl LP’s - many I got when my mom gifted me her albums when I was a teenager…)
I also made a decision in 1999 to cut the cable TV cord so there’s no TV in the house.
That alone is the greatest form of bliss in my life.
The most analog are old farts like myself.
